Issue with ZM 1.24.2

Running ZM 1.24.2 on Linux Mint Katya (ubuntu 11.04), I had Zoneminder working perfectly for the past 6 months until a recent update I believe killed everything. I cannot view a live image from any of my Zoneminder feeds. The camera's turn on but nothing is being processed. I cannot view a live image. At first I thought the issue was with Firefox 6.01 but I loaded up Motion and I can view the stream from that just fine so I know its not a camera or FF issue. I have tried a complete removal / reinstall just to see if there were any issues. Both of my servers run the same OS and both have the exact same problem. Has anyone else seen this? I am just looking for clues how to attempt to troubleshoot this, I love Zoneminder!

I finally managed to get it working however this was not an FFMPEG problem. If you know the camera is working, and you can see that zoneminder is generating events and recording images in the events directory but the live feed will not come up the problem might be with your CGI directory alias. For mine I have /cgi-bin/ aliased to /usr/lib/cgi-bin/ this was missing and thus causing my problem viewing the live stream.
