Video format Android phone can play?

Zoneminder 1.24.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 is working well. My wife got a smartphone (Android 2.2 I think) but unfortunately it can't play the video clips in the attached Emails

I believe I'm using either mp4 or H264 in an avi wrapper. Files playback fine on Windows and Linux so I expected it to work on Android, but it seems to fail.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Bump, nobody Emailing videos to Android?

I'm encoding FFMPEG mpeg4 320x240 at 3 fps.

They play great in Windows or Linux.
