Upgrading from v1.24.4 to v1.25.0

I very recently did an "apt-get" install...

sudo apt-get install zoneminder ffmpeg

I noticed that I'm currently running v1.24.4. Is there an easy way to get to v1.25.0?

I was also curious if upgrading through apt will munge the install.... Any experience?
