OPT_USE_AUTH - authentication enabled > now locked out...

Dear everyone, following situation - anyone a good idea?

Situation before: everything worked, "USER" button under Options was missing > looked into manual > found OPT_USE_AUTH value to enable user management

what I did: switched the value on

result/Situation after: I was logged out and can't login no matter which user settings I try -
(support: walked through the databases where there is an admin user, but I am not sure if that's the right one to change/right place to add other users...)

Question: how do I add users in the first place (when no "USER" button is under Options) / how can I regain access to zm?
