Now, i want to test zoneminder with a camera ip but i haven't any camera ip.
I have a usb webcam and now I want to use this usb webcam as a camera ip.
Now, how do I do?

Use any streamer; VideoLan, gstreamer, uvcstreamer, shoutcast, etc.... Search the forums or use your favorite search engine.

I use Hercules to convert webcam to ip camera.
But I dont know the way to use with zoneminder.

Set your source type to remote, set source tab settings. Wiki and forums have lot's of info. on specifics.
Source Type
This determines whether the camera is a local one attached to a physical video or USB port on your machine, a remote network camera or an image source that is represented by a file (for instance periodically downloaded from a alternate location). Choosing one or the other affects which set of options are shown in the next tab.
