Any experience with the Airsight from X10? its $99

Post by ubell »

Anyone have any experience with this:

The only thing I can say about x10.com is there stuff is cheap. Their alarm stuff mostly works for me, but it needs some mothering. I would guess this camera comes from a different source so the past may not imply anything about it. For $99 its almost too cheap not to give it a try unless someone else has.

After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...

Is good enough for this price, the wifi range is poor, so if you need it to be more than 10 meters of the router (and your router is not a N router), cross your fingers.
The image quality is better in 320x240 than in 640x480, I believe 640x480 is too noisy.
