Not Open Source application is using Zoneminder source code

Hi,
I want to warn about an application from Ubiquiti Networks named AirVision that is using zoneminder code. However, they don't provide the source code, which is mandatory according to GPL.
What do you think about this?.

They have an agreement with Phil. That is the most I can say.
