broken Image from ZM Console

When I try to view the stream through ZM console,
I see the broken image i.e I am not able to see the stream,

sometimes on adjusting the scaling factor it starts showing but not always..
While there is no problem in one of my other systems, it reports no error in log files..

I have zm-1.20.1 installed...

Can anyone tell what might be the problem....?
