Root partition filling up with stray files.
Root partition filling up with stray files.
Hi, I´m running ZM 1.24.4 on stable Debian squeeze. The events dir is symlinked to a large (6TB) RAID, but whenever I start ZM with any monitors set to "Monitor" (doesn´t matter whether they are enabled or not) I will notice free space on my root partition reducing. I traced this to jpg files stored in /tmp/zm and I guess those are the images captured from my cameras (D-Link DCS 2130). Now, my root partition is only 1GB (which is sufficient would it not be for this issue, why is ZM storing these images and how do I prevent it?
Re: Root partition filling up with stray files.
Alright, setting monitors to "Record" prevents duplicate files in /tmp.
