Zoneminder recording "null/null" events at 0.0 secs

I am having a problem with zoneminder recording. It shows recording and records events, but each event is Secs: 0.00 Frames:null/null Score: 0/0 and when you view them it just doesn't show any info. I have restarted the server and it didn't resolve. I assume it is from the zma not staying running.

The system worked when I first set it up, and it filled up my 2tb disk to 93%, to where I assumed it started purging old events as configured. I wasn't monitoring the system to see if it kept recording, but I believe it was.

I can still view the cameras, but recording is definitely not working.

My Zoneminder system: version 1.24.2 running on Ubuntu 11.04 x64 server. I have 1 IP camera and 4 analog cameras.
