Hi in my experiens, there are otherway. There is /H.264/ch1/main/av_stream a way. Verify by VLC. I think this is for Hikvision standard. I need help too. I'm trying to also work on the zm with similar cameras, and it does not work. Could someone contact me who from the administrators to help me.
