YEAHHH !! I found a solution good for me !
The only thing I have done is to chmod the images directory to 777.
Use this and try, for me it works
sudo chmod 777 -R -v /var/cache/zoneminder/images
be careful 777 is maybe not the best permission but I use it for test, now I know it was a permission problem in my case.
