Frame skip not applied during alarm in mocord mode

I'm running my ZM in mocord mode for a while now.

I noticed frame skip setting is applied only during regular capture (non alarm mode).
When an alarm is triggered zm captures at the full camera fps.
Is that intended behaviour?
