Continue recording with continued motion?

Greetings. I've finally got just about everything set up fine, hoping to figure out how to get a second usb camera working maybe today.

Here's my only issue: I'm picking up motion fine, but it's like it won't continue recording after ~15 seconds. I'm sure I just have a setting wrong. Here's an example:
I have a nasty neighbor who comes out to his garage, goes inside, opens his door, comes outside to take down his barrier, goes in, gets his car, backs out, stops in the street, gets back out, puts the barrier back up, gets back in his car, and drives away. This takes about a minute, minute and a half.

I get him coming out and going into his garage. Stop.
I get him walking out, moving the barrier, and going back inside. Stop.
I get him backing out and parking. Stop.
Then it doesn't pick him up putting the barrier back up (ever).

I'm sure I have some silly setting wrong, I'll post them all here. Note that I have it VERY sensitive as I was getting weird issues.
