This is it, they're all here! There was a mailing list beforehand which doesn't have web archives (hence the move to web forums) but I think most of the questions on that have been repeated here.

Thanks Phil ......but (for example)....
General issues forum has covered 94 topics with 371 posts.

I can only see "one page" containing 20 topics and 61 posts.

How do I access the forum entries earlier than 15 Nov 2003?
