ZM Crashes after handle CONTROL tab

Dears,

Please, I need some help with this issue...

I have one IP camera (FOSCAN), so I configure ZoneMinder to access it.. the streaming works ok!!
After that I tried to configure the TILT/PAN (CONTROL), same as http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... col_Script.
I tried the command manually in the browser, it works fine >> e.g. 192.168.0.100:8383/decoder_control.cgi?command=31&user=admin&pwd=mypwd

But when I use the ZM to access, some error occurs... after I click in any arrow in CONTROL tab, ZM crashes... (Sending Request / Waiting localhost message appears in the bottom of the browser)..

Is there anyway to debug the script?
Actually in the ZM LOG didnt appear any message about this error... previously I set the DEBUG=ON and the LOGS = ERROR..

I hope anyone have any clue about that...

Thanks, I could fix the issue.
Actually I didnt follow some of the steps of the tutorial
