Please help connect to he6802sid-w Heivision Cam

I'm trying to view RTSP stream from Heivision he6802sid-w camera.

Both VLC and Genius Vision work no problem.Zoneminder shows black screen.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
Screenshot with configuration is attached.

Alternatively I would be OK to configure Zoneminder with Mjpeg instead of RTSP but I cannot figure out right mjpeg url.

Did you bump up your shared memory? I'm not sure exactly where the threshold exists in terms of when it's appropriate to boost your shared memory for the resolution at hand, but I just installed an outdoor cam (1280x800) and I had to boost it quite a bit. I ended up setting it pretty high to 3GB in size (3221225472 bytes), which I figured was safe since the server itself has 4GB of RAM, so I figured why not? The config file to edit was in /etc/sysctl.conf or something like that. I'm not on the actual box now to check but the path was something to that degree. I found this info in the ZM FAQ and with the help of some IRC users got it working. Once done my black image turned to a regular live feed. Works on 1280x800 @ 20fps.
