2nd and 3rd camera on ubuntu 12.04 server

I installed a clean version of ubuntu 12.04 server and then zm 1.25 using a hauppage vcb card that you can find at newegg. I'm able to get 1 camera up and monitoring fine but when I add the 2nd and 3rd cameras, it screws them all up. All 3 end up with "out of phase" issues where I see part of camera 3 when I'm viewing camera 1. It doesn't happen on every image, every 3rd or 4th image comes out fine. Any ideas on what that could be? This is my first time using zoneminder.
