Zoneminder v1.25.0 and Dlink DSC-2100+ Camera

I am SUPER new to zoneminder.
I think its a great software.

I have it running in VM, installed on Ubuntu 12.

I am trying to get a Dlink 6620 camera to work.
When i put the stream directly into my browser i am able to see it.

For the addition of the camera in ZM
this is what i have.

Name: Room
Source TYpe: Remote
Function: Monitor
Enabled: X
Maximum FPS: 6

then Under Source TAB

Remote Protocol: Http
Remote Method: Simple
Remote Host Name: 192.168.3.12
Remote Host Port: 80
Remote Host Path: /cgi-bin/video.jpg
Remote Image Colours: 24 Bit colour
Capture Width: 320
Capture Height: 240
Preserve Aspect Ratio:
Orientation: Normal

I see it in the ZM console as Orange.
When i click on the name a new white page opens with a box.
And underneath the box it says State: undefined - Fps.

If you want i can give access to my zm and camera with public ips for someone to look at for me please.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.
I can also give SSH access to the ZM server.

your camera using user and password?
