PC has 512MB ram

seems to be a network camera problem as my built in TV card works 100%
Any ideas suggestions ?

Had to set network camera ports to 80 - they were set to 8081 and 8082 with matching settings on ZM.
Setting both ends to 80 has fixed the problem.
