No Video link found

Hi All
Im using ZM 1.24.4 .
while clicking on the events for any camera ( I've configured many types of cams ranging gtom MJPEG to H.264) , I dont see the video link, to export the event as a video.

Enable opt_ffmpeg in options.

after enabling the opt_ffmpeg option, i can see the link, but when i try to generate the video, it fails to generate.

I restarted zoneminder after modifying the options.

You do have ffmpeg installed, right? What do the logs say?
