Compiled ZM from source without any apparent errors or dependencies missing, and I'm using a TrendNet TV-IP501P.
I'm able to record, but not to view live (with or without cambozola.) I also can't stream recordings - but I can view stills and export to a video file.
Whenever I open up a monitor window, I see this over and over again in the log:
If you can't see see the above image, the error is "socket_sendto( /tmp/zm/zms-516664s.sock ) failed: No such file or directory"
Looking in /tmp/zm, there is indeed no such file. Apache is the owner/group on the zm directory and has full access.
What should I do? This is not yet a production system. Is this an issue with 1.25 - should I try an earlier version of 1.24.x?

Re: Live/playback stream not working
vlad, please converse on here so everyone can see the solution rather than emailing me.
Does your stream work with cambozola disabled? Or do you see a broken image?

Re: Live/playback stream not working
I have goes some time live stream and then stops. Socket_sendto throws an error (/tmp/zm/zms-xxxxxxx.sock) failed: No such file or directory. View cameras alone everything works but when pressing a Montage shows 30 seconds and stops.
I have tried and on CentOS 6.3 zoneminder 1.25.0 CentOS 5.6 zoneminder 1.24.2
automatically kill the process
5409 apache 15 0 128 m m m S 3.6 0.4 0: 00.31 nph-zms
Sorry for my bad English.

Re: Live/playback stream not working
I wonder if you aren't running out of memory? How much system RAM do you have?
Re: Live/playback stream not working
I have 4 Gb RAM memory.
Re: Live/playback stream not working
I'm stumped, that seems like enough. I'm new to this, I didn't experience your problem. I have 8GB of RAM and 8 cores though.
Did you follow the instructions for making sure the memory block is large enough in the other thread?
