AGAIN. No analog video in ZM 1.25 on Ubuntu 12.04.1

Well, here we go again. Installed above on another computer and even followed my findings in a previous post, but to no avail no video from an analog camera, just black, or the missing image icon.

Anyone have an answer. This is really frustrating. Two exact computers, two exact packages, and still NO Video. Does this make sense to anyone? I have installed from Wiki-no joy. Installed from app manager-no joy. Updated all packages-no joy. Does this happen on pupose just to %^$# with people? LOL Never has made any sense to me, why upgrades break $hit.

Any answer would be appreciated. I don't think you'll ever be able to beat Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and ZM 1.24. Wiki was aboslutely perfect.
