Zoneminder 1.24.2 (debian) and cameras A-mtk AM9539M

Hi all,

I'm new in this forum, I'm trying to set up this fantastic software but I encountered some problems.
I installed zoneminder on a debian squeeze using the debian packages found in the repositories, the installation was successful but I can not configure my camera A-mtk AM9539M

I followed the instructions in the wiki:

Source Type = ffmpeg
Source Path = rtsp ://admin:benny@192.168.7.253/media.amp?Videocodec=jpeg&resolution=sxga
Capture Width (pixels) = 1280
Capture Height (pixels) = 1024

The camera sees black and rechecking if the config I find the Source Patch in this way:
rtsp ://admin:benny@192.168.7.253/media.amp?videocodec=jpeg&res

I tried to set it but does not go so well:
rtsp://admin:benny@192.168.7.253/

Can you help?

Does the camera show up in a browser? With the small amount of details provided could be anything but I'd start by lowering your resolution and/or increasing your shared memory by a lot. Search the forum/FAQ/documentation for details (this problem is very well documented with the fix included).
