Options link disappeared from web interface

The options link has disappeared from the web interface. Does anyone know how to enable it or can pass me the direct URL to try to access it.

I lost options also when i changed skin to "mobile". I fixed that going this URL => ipaddress:yourport/zm/?skin=classic

Getting closer, some how the admin account does not have permission to access it.

Got it! For some reason the admin user did not have permision. I had to enable edit permision via MySQL.
