Airsight camera not streaming

I have been trying to get an Airsight xc39a camera to work in zoneminder. I can view the stream in other programs and I can view it in VLC, quicktime and the normal feed when accessed by it's IP. It shows as a green monitor in zoneminder but I can not get a picture. The camera is a h264 camera and I have tried setting it up to view as http, ffmpeg and rtsp, but to no avail. Does anyone have any tips that may help me get it set up? Thanks in advance.

I have since found out it is actually an Apexis APM-H803-WS, if that helps.
