Tenvis IP Cam; Unable to configure and view with ZM

I need help getting my tenvis PTZ camera working in ZM. The cam works on its own but not in ZM.
I have a Tenvis IP camera. I can see its video in Firefox with this URL

When i try to place /videostream.cgi in the Source Remote Host Path I do not see any video. I see a black square when I try to view the video from zoneminder.

LINUX Mint Ubuntu based
I installed from the repos with apt-get install zoneminder and then I create a symbolic link to apache with.

To config the camera i followed the steps in this page

I duplicate the General and Source page exactly.

I cant see any useful info in the /var/log/zm/ directory and syslog does not provide any useful info.

SOLVED:

User Error. I had not configured the correct url for the source line. problems with my username and what was recorded as a username via the cams built in web interface. The cam is working now.
