Any Paid Support for ZoneMinder?

Good day all.

I have two IP cameras and one analog camera on my current zoneminder system, and I want to get the most I can out of the IP cameras.

But no matter what I have tried in the past I can not get the RTSP feed to work within zoneminder, so I have been forced to ffpmeg, this has limited me to using 640x480 @ 5FPS.

If I was able to use RTSP I would have a video feed upto 1280x1024 @ 15FPS.

The RTSP feed works fine via BlueCherry or VLC, but will not work within zoneminder.

I see the subject of RTSP problems all the time on here, but besides using ffmpeg there has been no fixes.

So can anyone tell me if it is possible to get RTSP fully working within zoneminder, or I am just wasting my time with zoneminder, and need to think about using other software.

I have even tried contacting the fourm admins, and zoneminder creator, and no replys.

If there is a fix or a way of getting my IP cameras to fully work with ZoneMinder over RTSP, I am willing to pay for your time.

I guess has there has been no replys, that there is no paid supported for ZoneMinder, and that I will now be forced to use other software.
