No control tab in setup

I am using a Foscam F18910W on system running Fedora 17.
Making some progress and now ZM at least sees the cam but 2 issues now are:
1) There is no "Controls" tab in the monitor setup

2) When I open the monitor to view, it arrears to have taken a snapshot only and does not show any motion. Also, no control buttons to rotate, etc.

Camera appears to work fine when opened directly in a browser.

Solved, seems I missed a key line in the wiki instructions.
