I have some cams outside which I'd like to run always.
I also have indoor cams that I'd like to stop monitoring when I'm inside.
I have 2 groups in ZM, but I don't seem to have a way to turn off ZM per group.
So far I can only turn it on/off globally.
Is there a better way to disable motion detection/recording of a group?
(I know I can switch all the cams from function modect to monitor manually, but I'd kind of like something I can script and tell ZM "please start modect inside, please stop modect inside").
Can this be done?
Thanks,
Marc

You could use the "run state" to control when and what cameras are running.

This is just what I needed and missed the first time I read the docs. Thank you very much for the pointer.
