What is the best way to configure a local monitor?
I'm installing ZoneMinder on an Ubuntu machine and would like to stream a live view of 16 channels on a full-screen view to the attached VGA monitor - what is the best way to do this with a minimal impact on performance?

there was/is a shared memory viewer you can use, but the current links on the wiki are dead. Its not best to use the web browser for long term viewing.
