Scrambled Image

I've recently set up ZoneMinder with my USB camera and whenever I try to view the video all it shows is a scrambled image. This is on a system that uses Fedora 18.

What type of camera? Have you read the FAQ? Have you tried changing the input format to YUV as your specs suggest?
