Windows XP SP2 mpeg streaming

Hi all.
Mpeg streaming is working only for 2 telec.
ZM 1.21.0.
ffmpeg from CVS.
Client: windows XP with SP2.
FFmpeg compiled with --enable-shared. ZM option for ffmeg with -strict -1.
Any idea?
