Hello, as i see the proyect had a lot of movement http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/Change_History but since 2011 has not. Is the proyect active or maybe is follows with other name??

Yes it is very active but the next version is a big jump and a lot has been completly rewritten.
