Raspberry PI Two IP Cameras DCS947L third not working

Dear Srs.
I've got three IP cameras, connected to a Raspberry PI version B, the three of them are D-Link Dcs-947L, with night vision.
The thing is when I configure two of the three cameras, it works great, just in monitor mode, but when I configure the third one, the second shows me the message:

The raspberry pi has Raspbian, everythong installed using

I've been looking all over de internet, and some people wrote about problems with shared memory size, I've modified the kernel parameters and nothing.
I've also a Pentium 4 with 768 mb of ram with 7 D-links cameras, and works great.
