I use an axis 205 cam in zm 1.25, the cam has the latest firmware. If I view the live cam image in it's own interface the video is good with high frame rate and smooth video. But if I look at it in zm it's only about 3 - 4 frames per second and it looks crap, and thus the events zm captures are poor too. Is there some setting in zm I can alter to correct this?
I don't have any frame rate restrictions set for the cam in zm or in the cam itself. I've noticed this only happens with the axis 205, I also have an axis 207 and the frame rate on that is good in zm. Thanks for any help.

it was the Remote Host Path that was wrong.
Both the zm docs and zm's own preset give this as /axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?resolution=640x480 but this path gives poor frame rate on the axis 205.
What worked was /axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi?. This setting made all the difference and now videos captured by zm have good frame rate and play smooth video.
