I have set up real-time monitoring at 30fps. Everything is working great and suits my use case well, but recording at that fps eats up my hard drive pretty fast. For my use, recorded video doesn't need to be as good quality as the stream, so it would be enough to record only at ~5fps and probably even B&W. Is there any way to define different settings for recording than just viewing the stream? E.g. viewing real-time at 30fps but recording the same stream at 5fps.
Thanks in advance for any answers!
Watching and recording at different fps
Re: Watching and recording at different fps
Best way I found is to set up 2 monitors for 1 camera. Set one function to "monitor" and the other to your choice of recording

Thanks, apart from having unnecessary clutter on the montage page, your idea works pretty well!
