libmysqlclient.a error when installing (Freebsd)

hello,

i try to install the ZoneMinder-1.25.0 version (on FreeBSD)
when i try to install, i got this error

checking for mysql_init in -lmysqlclient... no
configure: error: zm requires libmysqlclient.a

so, anybody can tell me how to install this lib ? i've mysql55 server installed, i don't know how to add this lib
