Hi there. I noticed that, unless something big happens, not all alarm frames are recorded.
For example, if I walk in front of the camera at some distance, stand still or do something that doesn't require much movement, then those frames are not present in the resulting event. It just shows me going somewhere and coming back. I wondered if I could get those relatively-idle frames be recorded as well? This could give a better feedback on how long some activity took.
PS: We need a "general zoneminder" forum; as I'm sure this is not specific to 1.26.x..

Or if the frames that are missing are at the beginning then increase the pre alarm frames setting.
