BenQ USB cams DC1300 and 1500 working great here.
I've tested there on Slackware 10.0 and Slackware 10.1, kernels 2.4.26 [with a few patches], 2.4.29 [the out of the box version], 2.6.7 and 2.6.10.
The driver for these cams can be found at http://spca50x.sourceforge.net/.
My guess us that it'll work with any Benq webcam, but i haven't tested them all.
I'm having some sort of a problem with a 2.4.29 kernel though... sometimes i get only a grey image when trying to see Stills, my only fix for this[for now] is rebooting the system. Any sugestions?
