direct html to chrome

I used to be able to open a camera from the zm web interface then right click on the video and copy the link then paste this link into a web browser tab and it would open the stream. This seems to not work any more. The page just goes nowhere. What is strange is that I can open this link in VLC network stream. Is there something that has changed that I need to add to the link. I attached the link.
