Using your android phone as a ip cam

I am trying to get the app known as
" camera streamer " working

Anyone else tried this?

I am using a old g1 htc

i did have it running in zone minder with a htc desire worked good although I did it in a rush and am unable to get this g1 to work.. though this g1 has always been sorta funny anyone else try running there phone as a ip cam. there are at least 3 software apps for your android that will turn it into a ip webcam. i think the camera streamer is the best one .

I am unable to get this g1 working although i think its just the g1. i know I could probly get it to work on my htc desire but I can't leave it in the window thats my main phone..

try ip webcam in the play store
works great on old htc hero

I did in fact get it working thanks so people know that it works. Note i have since then used at least 3 different packages to stream from the camera from my phone.

i am currently using
Camera streamer

more just for kicks here and there.
