I hope I can find help for my problem here. Whenever I open the event viewer, then I miss some ID numbers in the listing. What does cause that ? Does anybody know the reason for this behaviour of Zoneminder 1.25.0 ?

How many cameras do you have?
If you have more than 1, then the "missing" event numbers may be allocated to other cameras -- this is normal behaviour in a multiple camera setup.
If you only have 1 camera, then, oops?

Maybe you have a filter setup in such a way that some events are deleted if they do not match some minimums, like event durastion, etc.
After more than 15 years, no longer using ZM as surveillance system.
Now in the dark side, using a commercial system...
