Export video quality

I'm having trouble with exported video. The quality is normal live or on playback, but when I export the video to a file, it is pixilated and low resolution, unusable. I looked but couldn't find a setting for this.

This is what I gave in FFMPEG_OUTPUT_OPTIONS: -f mp4 -vcodec libx264 -an -threads 0

And this is FFMPEG_FORMATS: mp4 mpg mpeg wmv asf avi* mov swf 3gp**

I took this setting from another user, I could not remember his nick right now.
