When viewing the monitor page, if I click on the "x" at the end of recorded motion events to delete them, the console page refreshes but nothing happens and no log entries are added. If I open the event and select "Delete" on the upper left of the page, the event is removed.
Is my install broken or is anyone else seeing this?

Try it from a different browser.
I use firefox with linux and I cannot make or change zones using firefox. But it works fine using chrome.

No joy with Chrome either.

My events are successfully deleted, although, it takes too long to perform that task. While Zoneminder is deleting the events I cannot do anything more in the web interface than waiting. And it seems independent of which browser I use.
Is there any option to speed up the deleting process?

My problem was resolved by cleaning web browser caching.
