Pause movement detection (for image configurations)

Hi,

i'm implementing a way to control the brightness/contrast of the zoneminder camera trough an external mechanism.

The problem is that when these parameteres are changed the modification of the pixels values cause an intrusion alarm.

It's possible to pause the detection when configuring the image?
