Zoneminder export snapshot

I just installed zoneminder and it works great with my five cameras which two are Anran and three are FOSCAMs.

Anyway, I have been searching but without any luck and can't really figure out an easy way to accomplish this. I would like to be able to export snapshots at certain intervals that I can use to update a regular website. So that all traffic does not need to go through the site where the cameras are but instead from a remote server that has got a lot of bandwidth.

Is there any way of doing this?
