ZM 1.27 on CENTOS 6.5Issue

Hello.

I just installed ZM 1.27. Compiled cleanly on CentOS 6.5, however I'm unable to use it. All I see is the following in the browser:

ZoneMinder - - v'.ZM_VERSION.'', canEdit( 'System' ) ) ?>
/ '.$SLANG['Log'].'' ) ?>



/var/log/httpd/error shows the following:

[Sun Jun 08 18:46:00 2014] [error] [client x.x.x.x] File does not exist: /var/www/html/<, referer: http://y.y.y.y/

I'm sure there's something simple I'm missing..

so problem solved, in php.ini set short_open_tag to On
