PTZ sony IP camera problem

Hi,

I have got a problem to control my PTZ sony IP camera (couldn't pan, tilt or zoom) so please help me

My setup:
IP Camera (Sony SNC-RX550N)
Zoneminder v1.27.99.0
Linux ubuntu 14.04 server i386

I downloaded this file "SNCEP521 . pm" from the internet then renamed it to "SonySNCRX550 . pm"

and puttd it on this directory " / usr / share / perl/ 5.18.2 / ZoneMinder / Controle "

Also I add the monitor and add a new control with this name SonySNCRX550

I follow all the steps in this link but nothing work
when I tried to move the camera from the control (when I enabled the debugging) this error message appear:
Control response was status = undefined
message = /usr/bin/zmcontrol.pl --tiltstep=5 -- command=moveRelUp --id=1

Also from the log I found those:
zmcontrol: Starting control server 1/SonySNCRX550
zmcontrol: Control server 1/SonySNCRX550 starting at 14/08/27 11:48:16
zmcontrol: Can't connect: No such file or directory
web_php: /usr/bin/zmcontrol.pl --panstep=5 --command=moveRelRight --id=1=>

Per the instructions, you must save the control script using the same name as the package name.

SonySNCRX550.pm != SNCEP521.pm
