COTIER IPc-631/T13

Hello, i don't know for sure if this is the right place but anyway...

I have bought this camera, don't mean to make any advertise ( http://www.dx.com/p/cotier-ipc-631-t13- ... 7Rfy_mSxg8 ) but i find it preatty cheap for an ip cammera with 720p resolution.

Anyway i have just set it up here are the settings :

soruce type : libvlc

rtsp://camera_ip:554/live/mpeg4
resolution 1280x720 24bit

also you have to disable authentication in network - mediastream setup

Just as an update.

Installed this camera for some time now and it's pretty stable so far but the downside is the night vision, wich is totally useless and i mean useless I have it running outside at a range of ~15m and you cannot see anything

Just to add: in case you need to access the substream on such Cotier, you need to use the following:
rtsp://camera_ip:554/live/mpeg4cif

Hi arymar, thanks for the update.

I have updated my cotier firmware using latest version from here : http://www.en.tpsee.com/deviceupdate/95-1.html ( TH38C5/R6_ONVIF_P2P_firmware_V2.5.1.12 ) at least this suits my camera.

Since update i find the stream more stable and available at

main: rtsp://admin:psassword@ipaddress/mpeg4
sub: rtsp://admin:psassword@ipaddress/mpeg4cif

i have attached a snip from zoneminder config for my camera.

update... after some time this is what happens and i have no idea how to solve it for now

well another update

it seems that if i set the camera on CBR ( constant bit rate ) and i frame key at 15 frames and running 15 fps no more pink rubbish on the stream.

all looks good so far.

Hi, i cannot access the camera right now, but if i remember correctly you can check on the camera the hardware revision.
